Who we are
In these terms, “we” and “Teasepix” mean the Teasepix service and the people who run it, “you” means the photographer or business holding an account, and “client” means a person you share a gallery with.

Early access
Teasepix is opening to photographers in waves, by invitation. During early access the service can change, pause or end, features can be missing or wrong, and we may ask you to stop using it. We will give notice where we can.
No payment is taken during early access, and nothing is sold from this website yet.
Your account
- You are responsible for your Google login and for what happens under your account.
- Give us a true name and email address, and tell us if they change.
- An account is for one person. A studio with a team uses the team seats of the plan that includes them.
How we handle personal information is described in the privacy policy.
Your photos
- They stay yours. You keep ownership of every photo and file you upload.
- Our permission to run the service. You allow us to store, resize, watermark, back up and show your photos to the people you share a gallery with, and only so that we can run Teasepix for you. We do not use your photos for anything else, and we do not use them to train any model.
- Your promises. You own what you upload or are licensed to use it, and you have the permission you need from the people shown in it, including to share it with your client. For photos of children, that means their parent or guardian.
- Your clients' picks and notes belong to the gallery they were made in and are visible to you.
Signing in with Google
You can sign in with your Google account instead of a password. Doing so lets us receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google, and nothing more. We do not access your Gmail, Drive, Google Photos or any other Google service.
- Your Google account stays governed by Google's own terms. We are not responsible for Google's service.
- You can stop using Sign in with Google at any time by removing Teasepix's access in your Google Account, or by asking us to close your account.
- How we handle what Google sends us is described in the privacy policy.
Using Teasepix properly
Do not use Teasepix to upload or share:
- anything illegal, or anything that infringes someone else's copyright or privacy;
- any sexual image of a child. We remove it at once and report it to the authorities;
- intimate images of a person who has not agreed to them being shared;
- malware, or files meant to harm a device or a person.
Do not try to get into someone else's gallery or account, scrape galleries, resell access to them, or put heavy automated load on the service. If you see a gallery that breaks these rules, tell us and send its link. We may remove content and suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and we tell the account holder why unless the law prevents us.
Plans and payment
The plans and prices on the pricing page show what we plan to offer. Nothing is charged during early access. When billing starts we will tell account holders before it applies, and you will only be charged if you choose a paid plan. These terms will then say how billing periods, renewals, cancellation and refunds work.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Teasepix working, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors, least of all during early access. We may change features and these terms. For changes that matter we will say so on this site and by email to account holders, and the date at the top will change.
Liability
Teasepix is a tool for proofing and delivering photos. It is not a backup service, so keep your own copy of every original. To the extent the law allows, Teasepix is provided as it is during early access, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit, a lost booking or a missed deadline. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or any right you have under the law where you live.
Ending your use
You can stop at any time, and you can export your picks and files first. We may end or suspend your access if you break these terms or if we end early access. Where we can, we will give you time to export, and at least 30 days after a plan ends.
