Hearts and a shortlist
Clients heart the frames they love. Picks are saved as they go, so they can close the tab and come back to it tomorrow.
Notes on a frame
A short note on any frame: a crop, a retouch, a question. You see each note next to the frame it belongs to.
More than one client per gallery
Add a couple, a family or a wedding party. Each person's picks are kept apart, and you see the combined list.
Pick limits
Set a limit, such as 40 frames for an album, and the gallery shows how many are left.
Protecting
Proofs only, until you say otherwise.
Watermarked, web-size proofs
Clients see proofs with a watermark. Your full-resolution files are never served from the gallery.
Private links and passwords
Every gallery has its own long, unguessable link. Add a password when the shoot calls for it.
A closing date
Set when picks close. After that the gallery is read-only, and you can reopen it with one click.
Downloads off by default
Proofs cannot be downloaded unless you switch downloads on for that gallery.

Filenames for Lightroom
Copy the picked filenames as plain text, or export them as a CSV, then paste them into a Lightroom filter or your own editing list.
Finals, unlocked when you decide
Upload the edited files, unlock the download, and send the client one link. Download links expire on the date you choose.
One reminder, three days before
If picks are still open, Teasepix emails your client once, three days before the gallery closes. That is all it sends them.
Running a studio
Make it look like yours.
Your logo and your watermark
Put your own name on the gallery and on the proofs. Free galleries carry a small Teasepix badge.
Your own address
On the Agency plan, serve galleries from an address like proofs.yourstudio.com.
Team seats
Let a second shooter or an assistant upload and manage galleries under one studio.
What it does not do
Teasepix does not edit, retouch, score or rank your photos, and it never runs them through AI or face recognition. It stores them and shows them to the people you choose.
It does not sell prints or take payments from your clients yet, and it is not a backup service. Keep your own copy of every original.
